The Schoolhouse Learning Center is open to children from preschool through 8th grade. For 50 years, The Schoolhouse has been a progressive learning community for children and families of diverse backgrounds. We value each child’s curiosity and independence of mind, nurture respectful relationships, and empower students to have a positive impact in their communities. In our commitment to being anti-biased and anti-racist, we begin conversations about identity and justice with the youngest age groups. We actively teach kids to stand up for justice – social and environmental – for themselves, for each other, and for the world.
