Located on the beautiful shores of Lake Champlain in South Hero, VT, Camp Hochelaga has been offering a blend of traditional, enriching, and social justice driven camp experiences for girls+ ages 6-17 since 1919. Camp Hochelaga is an American Camp Association accredited camp and provides opportunities to explore activities intended to build character, self-esteem, self-confidence, and leadership. At ‘Laga, our values of collaboration, kindness, and empowerment live at the center of all that we do as we work to further the mission of the larger YWCA of “eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.”
